About
Christian E. Killen, LEED AP · Design Professional
About me
My name is Christian E. Killen. I have worked with my late father, licensed architect Thomas E. Killen, at Killen Design Inc. for more than 25 years.
I am a Computer/Electrical Engineering graduate from UCF who moved back home to use my skills to help my father’s business. My father passed away in 2024. I am continuing the practice and working toward Florida licensure through the ARE exams.
I prepare construction documents and plans for both commercial and residential structures. I have experience designing everything from multi-story commercial buildings to small single-family homes. On the commercial side I focus on remodels and tenant build-outs. Residential projects range from new construction to home remodels, additions and condo unit renovations.
I work with a licensed Florida professional engineer who reviews and certifies my documents for permitting in Southwest Florida.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have. I am comfortable working with anyone from large custom home builders, to business owners who want to expand, to locals who just want to add a garage to their home. Give me a call to help with your next project.
Sincerely,
Christian E. Killen, LEED AP
